Cake
Nomélie cakes are small in scale and have minimal decorations~many are finished with a candied flower. Our emphasis is on simple flavors using premium artisan ingredients because we think taste reigns Queen! However, you may customize with color sprinkles/sugars and small fondant shapes.
We invite you to build your own cake by doing the following:
1. Choose a cake flavor
vanilla
chocolate
red velvet
coconut
snickerdoodle
2. Choose up to 2 fillings
(none for the 1 layer & only 1 filling for the “cakelet”)
vanilla frosting
chocolate frosting
cream cheese frosting
pb cream cheese frosting
strawberry or raspberry preserves
lemon curd
salted caramel
chocolate ganache
3. Choose a buttercream
vanilla
lemon
or chocolate

~a 2 layer fully frosted cake with filling in the middle & finished with a sugar flower~
6 inch 1 layer “Doris Day” cake…starts at $18
~a single layer cake frosted on top & finished with a sugar flower~
6 inch 3 layer “Marilyn Monroe” cake…starts at $25
~a pretty cake layered with filling and the sides left unfinished with a sugar flower~
6 inch 3 layer “Audrey Hepburn” cake…starts at $30
~a 3 layer cake filled and fully frosted with a simple & pretty style finished with a sugar flower~
**ONLY 6 & 7 inch cakes may be customized with a short inscription**
